What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser so it can remember something between pages or visits, such as that you are signed in. Some are essential to make the site work. Others are optional, and we only set those if you say yes.

These keep The Daily Meds working and cannot be switched off. They are never used for advertising.

  • sb-…-auth-token (Supabase): keeps you signed in. Lasts up to 400 days, or until you sign out.
  • dm_ref: remembers the referral link that brought you here, so the person who shared it gets credit. Up to 400 days, the longest a browser allows.
  • dm_brand: remembers the partner brand page you arrived from, so your membership is linked to the right partner. 12 months.
  • dm_utm: remembers which campaign link you last followed. 30 days.
  • sponsor_brand: carries a partner brand through sign up. 1 hour.
  • dm_m_…: unlocks a campaign meditation after you have given us your email for it. 12 months.

Analytics Cookies

Only with your consent.

  • PostHog: tells us which pages and meditations people use and where sign up gets stuck, so we can fix it. Our PostHog project is hosted in the EU. Until you accept analytics, PostHog is not loaded at all.
4

Marketing Cookies

Only with your consent. Until you accept marketing, neither of these is loaded.

  • Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd): measures how our ads on Facebook and Instagram perform, for example whether an ad led to a sign up or a purchase, and builds audiences so our ads reach people likely to find The Daily Meds useful. Meta’s own cookies include _fbp (90 days).
  • MultiLoop (AdsForSales): attributes sign ups and purchases to the ad that led to them, and records scrolling and sessions on our pages so we can see how ad visitors use the site.
